They only have a value between 0 and 1, which means that when you use them in a calculation, you would use a value of 0. I have a form that shows current salary, IncreaseDecrease amount, new amount and percentage.

I have the format for the percentage set to none, and I have selected teh radio button: simplfied field notation. This works fine when I have test amounts in the fields but then I get those errors when the form is empty and you are trying to fill it out.
